The project was undertaken and completed by akis charalambous partnership. Nicholas Shantos, during his time there as a Partner, was involved in the concept, design development, and detail design. He was responsible for the co-ordination of the Design Team and as the project architect was responsible for the supervision and delivery of Phase A and part of phase B of the project.
